To begin using the ZipForm®Online application, you must first download and install the Citrix Client for Mac OSX.
Step 1
To download the Citrix ICA setup file to your local desktop, click on the "Start Installation" button above.

While the client is downloading to your machine, a dialog box will appear with the download status.
Step 2
To install the client, double-click on the ZipForm®Mac-Connect Installer.mpkg icon.

Step 3
Click Continue and walk through the Install prompts.
Step 4
Once the installation is complete, You are now ready to log into ZipForm®Mac-Connect. The icons available will depend on the items you chose to install during the installation process. Double click the ZipForm Mac-Connect icon on your desktop to launch ZipForm®.

Now you are ready to go!
Once you log into your session the ZipForm®Online login page will appear. Log in as you normally would.
